Please contact with the reception in the matter of parking spaces availability. In the vicinity of the Hostel it is possible to park a car in an unattended car park directly in front of the hostel. This car park is for free on Saturdays and Sundays as well as in the afternoon, evening and night on weekdays. Parking spaces at the unattended car park are for free at a distance of about 30m from the hostel. The nearest attended car park for passenger cars is about 50m from the Hostel.

One can keep bicycles for free in front of the building. We have bicycle stands at our disposal and one can fasten a bicycle here. Bicycle storage inside the building is possible after an agreement with the reception and it is paid.

The nearest shop is about 30m from the hostel. The nearest big supermarket is about 500m and the nearest round-the-clock shop is about 100m from our hostel.

Bedclothes are offered for free and included in the price. We make beds available for You. Bedclothes change is possible every 7 days.

After agreeing with the reception we accept animals in private rooms. We ask You for checking the tariff as well as for a contact with reception.

Our reception is open 24 hours a day. In case of checking in small hours, and in particular after 6 am the next day, we ask You for a contact with the reception. In case of lack of contact the booking will be cancelled after 6 am.

In shared rooms, one bed can be taken up purely and simply by one person. It is in order to secure comfort for other guests. In private rooms, two adults can sleep together exclusively in double beds. In private rooms, children up to twelve can sleep with a parent in a single bed, too.

Staying on the hostel premises before the hour of planned registration is possible exclusively for extra charge. We have a few solutions at guests’ disposal, among other things, there is possibility of waiting in a payable waiting room or earlier registration in a room. To avoid extra charge one can leave luggage for free, leave a hostel and come back after 2 pm.

Extending the stay and the later checkout have to be agreed with the reception. This option is possible for extra charge. Please check in the price list what options are currently available.

Registered guests may stay on hostel premises 24-hour a day. Persons check out from the hostel have to give the key back and then they can stay on hostel premises exclusively for extra charge and with consent of the reception. Please familiarise with appropriate offers from our price list.

An iron and an ironing board are available for a fee. Please contact with the reception to lend these things.

As far as possible, one can lend a towel at the reception for the entire period of stay. Please contact with the reception to check our price list.

One piece of luggage can be stored for free in a luggage room from 8 am on the day of arrival and to 10 pm on the day of departure. For another luggage, earlier leaving luggage or later collection a payment is being taken. Please take all important things with you before leaving luggage. Exclusively one-time leaving luggage in a luggage room is for free. Luggage opening, return for warm things, an umbrella a.s.o. are connected with paying a fee or a necessity to take luggage from a luggage room.

Most of our offers include breakfast. It is possible to book an offer of an overnight stay without breakfast when ordering via the Internet. An offer without breakfast is not available at the reception. To book an overnight stay without breakfast one should check availability of such offers in the Internet.

You will receive a login name and an access password to the Hot Spot La Guitarra in the middle of checking in. A password can be used exclusively on one device. We make one password per person for free. One can receive a password to another device for extra charge. Please pay attention – some offers, in particular promotional offers do not include WiFi, breakfast and hot drinks in the price.

We can print documents black and white at the reception. This offer is available according to the price list.

There are no free waiting rooms on the La Guitarra Hostel premises. If You are not ready for extra charges one should vacate hotel rooms up to 11 am.

There is a possibility of washing the wardrobe within extra provided services accordingly to the price list. One should pass down the laundry to the receptionists and agree on the service details.

Keys function both as ID badges and registration forms. Each person of full legal age staying on the Hostel premises is obliged to have a card/key on account of safety.
Minor persons being in their parents’ care can have no cards at their parents’ request. A deposit for a key can be paid cash exclusively in Polish zlotys (payment of a deposit in foreign currency or by credit card is not possible). This deposit is being returned when checkout in case of the return a card.

We offer rooms with marital beds. As far as possible, we are able to offer such a bed in a double room. One should report a request for such a bed at the reception on the day of registration. Earlier enshrinement of this type of bed is not possible.

We have both rooms with bathrooms inside as well as rooms with shared bathrooms for a few rooms. To choose a specific option please familiarise with our offer in the bookmark ‘reservation’ on our web page.

With the aim of ordering a taxi just report a request at the Hostel reception.

The bed time is in force from 11 pm to 6 am.

The common room, kitchen and dining room are not available after 11 pm on the account of bed time and our guests’ comfort of sleeping.

The La Guitarra Hostel takes payments by the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express.

It is possible to check in before 2 pm after in agreement with the reception and exclusively with a payment. Please earlier contact with the reception or familiarise with the price list.

Alcohol is not sold on the La Guitarra Hostel premises. Consumption of alcohol is forbidden in the area of property.

The total ban of smoking tobacco and other stimulants is in force on the Hostel premises. Persons who break the ban may recon with high pecuniary penalties.

In case of loss or damage a key a payment is being taken. It is connected with necessity of locks re-programming. This payment is higher than a deposit taken when check in. Current payments are in the price list on our web page.

Persons not having an ID badge (key) cannot be let into the property area, in particular at night when the identification of identity is hampered. Persons staying without a key in the property area can be asked for confirmation of their identity. In case of lack the possibility of substantiating the identity they can be subject to further explaining procedure.

We advise you against leaving a room without a key. The door to a room is being closed automatically. Outing to a bathroom can cause troubles with entry into the room. Please always take the keys with you. It is advisable due to safety and protection against theft.
